As we bring in the month of June, Rybbon is well on its way to a milestone that none of us could have predicted: three consecutive months of working from home. We are grateful to be able to work from home effectively during this time, and to be part of an organization that puts safety first. Most importantly, though, we are grateful for the essential workers that are still heading out every day to help others.

Though states have been slowly opening back up, northern Virginia (where Rybbon’s US office is located) is still being heavily impacted by COVID-19 and is predominantly shut down. Rybbon announces its latest partnership, providing automated rewards for Voxco’s survey software and online data collection platform. Widely respected for its unified platform, Voxco provides a broad suite of survey modes across North America, Europe, and Australia, offering an omnichannel platform that gives respondents options. With Voxco, you only need to script a core questionnaire once, then the respondent can decide by what means they want to complete the survey. And now, with Voxco’s integration with Rybbon, respondents can also choose a reward for completing a survey.

Rybbon’s collaboration enhances the Voxco customer experience by driving higher survey response rates through rewards for respondents. Regardless of how Voxco presents a survey, Rybbon seamlessly wraps up the experience by letting respondents choose a reward. These rewards create an incentive for participants to complete a survey thoroughly, and Rybbon’s sleek integration with Voxco increases survey data validity by promoting increased and balanced response rates.

Offer Customized Rewards

No matter which channel is used by customers (phone, email, in the field, or online) rewards can be offered to qualified respondents with ease. Multiple studies can be managed and tracked separately, too – Rybbon provides campaign management with real-time reporting of all rewards within each project.

Set up takes just minutes, and the reward experience is branded and customized for Voxco customers. And, if a respondent doesn’t claim a reward, there’s no cost to Voxco customers since Rybbon provides a 100% refund on all unclaimed rewards!

Voxco Customers Benefit from Offering Rewards

Survey rewards can be applied to any market sector, from government and public opinion surveys to patient care and market research. Data security is protected and meets stringent requirements. The process is automatic and safe from survey delivery to reward redemption.

Reward emails are sent to respondents using the customer’s trusted email domain to maintain brand recognition and trust. When a survey is completed, they receive immediate reward options as determined by Voxco’s customers – securely and safely.

With Rybbon’s seamless integration, Voxco customers now have a convenient solution to incentivize respondents and increase sample size; collecting more data with streamlined reward delivery.

The coronavirus pandemic is a major disruption. Social distancing has upended our daily lives and taken a toll on businesses. Thankfully, many of us – especially my fellow marketers – are lucky enough to have jobs that we can do remotely. And because we can still do our jobs, the pressure is on to continue to generate leads. You may feel behind with the postponement of major conferences and meetings that were supposed to land you deals. You may be worried about losing the momentum you’ve built for 2020. But, there is no time to dwell on the past. It’s time to focus on fine-tuning your digital marketing efforts.

According to the CMO Council, “60% of a marketers’ time is devoted to digital marketing activities.” This makes marketers more than ready for this period of social distancing, as the nature of our work is almost completely online. Many marketers worked from home even before the pandemic made it a must. We have a unique opportunity to not only effectively transition our departments into this period of remote work, but also improve our capabilities. Take advantage of this time to re-evaluate your tool set for the current climate. With the right tools, you can fine-tune your marketing strategy for 2020 and adapt digitally. Here are a few of our favorite marketing tools that can help your business get back on track.

Marketing Automation

Many of us marketers would not be able to cope without our favorite marketing automation platform. These platforms help us save time by automatically running effective campaigns, generating leads, and creating reports. Even better, many marketing automation platforms position themselves as an all-in-one solution that can integrate with the other tools you rely on. The following marketing automation platforms integrate seamlessly with Rybbon, so that you can incorporate digital rewards into your campaigns with ease.

Marketo

Marketo is a paid marketing automation software built to automate and measure marketing engagement, tasks and workflows. The software helps marketers target qualified leads, produce lead-to-revenue opportunities and execute automated, personalized marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. A system like Marketo can be game changing for a marketing department, particularly when you consider the vast variety of integrations the platform supports. This platform is especially useful for the tech savvy, as it is flexible and capable of supporting highly sophisticated marketing automation. Leveraging Marketo in conjunction with another tool can extend its capabilities its well.

HubSpot

HubSpot is a comprehensive marketing automation platform that can serve as a central hub for your department. Newer companies love it as it is simple to navigate and offers several tools for free. You can set up web forms, popup forms, and live chat software for lead capture. Then, you can send email marketing campaigns, pipe all of your data into the free CRM, and analyze site visitors’ behavior. The more sophisticated marketing automation requires a license. From managing your content and social media to tracking emails and connecting with your leads, HubSpot can be an all-in-one solution — and it integrates seamlessly with other solutions you may use.

Customer Engagement

Building a human connection can be difficult through a screen. These tools can help! Whether it’s incentivizing your customers to act as brand advocates, or virtually walking a customer through a one-on-one training session, your customers will appreciate these engagement strategies. Plus, your finance department will appreciate the increase in revenue that will result.

Talkable

Talkable helps e-commerce companies acquire and retain customers through one of the most effective marketing tools: referrals. Talkable offers a platform to maximize the impact of referrals: a built-in A/B testing suite, segmentation of offers, and controls for fraudulent behavior. It makes it easy to run multiple campaigns concurrently, with unique offers targeting different customers. Platform features include segmentation capabilities, an A/B testing suite, and customer service and fraud prevention portals. Ultimately, the platform helps online retailers acquire new customers, drive email newsletter signups, and increase customer lifetime value.

Intercom

Intercom is a live chat system for support, sales and marketing teams. Its 3 main modules include a live chat module for communicating with users, an on-boarding module for sending automated emails to convert users into buyers and an educational module for answering a user’s questions. With Intercom, you can drive customer loyalty and engagement at each stage of the customer lifestyle.

Social Media

Being in self-quarantine can be boring. Many of us are spending more time than ever scrolling aimlessly through our social media platforms to keep ourselves entertained – including your customers. Use this opportunity to post awesome social media content and capture their attention! You can implement a winning social media strategy with these tools.

Buffer

Buffer is an easy-to-use software application for the web and mobile devices, designed to manage social media accounts across networks. It provides the means for a user to schedule posts to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, as well as analyze their results and engage with their community. Your team can plan, review content, and execute an effective social media strategy with this central hub. Once a post has been published through Buffer, the tool provides engagement stats such as clicks, likes, replies, comments, shares and more.

Canva

Think with Google provides free information on how consumer behavior changes in relation to the seasons, holidays, and other special events. You can use the various tools offered in this service to gather insights on shopping trends, search behaviors, and identify your next global market. Looking for something specific? Search Think with Google for data and consumer insights related to your audience, category, or market. The tool makes it quick and easy to find the studies and data points you are looking for.

Task Management

Without face-to-face interaction, many marketing departments may struggle to stay connected. Even getting answers to what seem like simple questions can feel like a large obstacle to a worker stuck at home. This phenomenon extends beyond task-related work to interpersonal challenges that can emerge among remote coworkers. Research has found that a lack of “mutual knowledge” among remote workers translates to a lower willingness to give coworkers the benefit of the doubt in difficult situations. For example, if you knew your coworker was slammed with multiple projects, you may have been more patient about receiving a response from him. It’s important for teams to get ahead of these issues. Here are a few of our favorite tools that help keep marketing teams organized and aligned.

Zapier

Zapier is an online automation tool that connects leading apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, and more. You can link two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration. It’s easy enough that anyone can build their own app workflows with just a few clicks. Maybe you get a lot of email attachments in your Gmail account and you want to save them to Dropbox. Every time you get an attachment, you could open up the email, click the attachment, and then save it to Dropbox. Or you can have Zapier automate this for you, saving you time and effort. The uses are endless – you can even automate Rybbon reward delivery with a Zap!

Asana

Asana is a desktop and mobile platform designed to improve team collaboration and work management. It helps teams manage projects and tasks in one tool. Teams can create projects, assign work to teammates, specify deadlines, and communicate about tasks directly in Asana. Asana is easy to use and flexible enough to handle any workflow — so you can get your entire company on the same page, not just your marketing team. Asana makes it easy to organize and see projects and tasks, enabling your organization to stay on track and move work forward. The visibility the tool provides makes it an excellent means to ensure company-wide alignment.

Search Engine Optimization

Now that your customers are working via desktop at home, it is more important than ever to ensure that your organization is easy to find via search engines. As in-person marketing strategies suffer, we must bolster our online marketing strategies. Effective search engine optimization can result in huge wins for your department. By boosting your search rankings, you can replace the in-person leads that may have resulted from a conference or event.

Yoast

Yoast SEO is one of the most popular WordPress plugins available and it’s easy to understand why. Whether you’re running a personal photography page or you’re a SEO professional managing a website for a client, Yoast is a powerful tool that can help you make your site as search engine-friendly as possible. You do have the option to buy premium Yoast SEO extensions for some extra functionality, but its most important functions are part of the free plugin. Yoast makes it easy for you to do things like control titles and meta descriptions, set your targeted keywords and track how often you’re using them, manage sitemaps, and so much more.

Ahrefs

Ahrefs is, first and foremost, a backlink checker. You want great sites to be linking to content on your website and as a result, boosting your search ranking. Identifying links has always been Ahrefs’ bread and butter, and sets it apart from its competitors. Apart from the SEO backlink analysis, for which it is well-known in the digital marketing field, it is also useful for keyword analysis and website rankings. Ahrefs uses different SEO metrics to analyse and provide quantitative results for every website analysis done.

Customer Feedback

Customer feedback is valuable information that will be used to make pivotal decisions. Top performing companies are top performing companies because they are always looking for ways to make their best even better. It’s more imperative now than ever to know your customer well and fulfill their needs. And with more of your customers at home, they may be more likely to submit their feedback – especially if there is a Rybbon incentive to earn. Here are a few of our favorite platforms for collecting customer feedback.

SurveyMonkey

The tool’s ease of use is clear from the moment you create an account. It offers a large variety of templates and using an artificial intelligence powered extension of its often wizard-aided user interface, it will try to guess the appropriate format of a question based on its wording. It has a wide range of applications, including customer satisfaction, employee engagement, event registrations, feedback, and market research.

SurveyGizmo

SurveyGizmo is a highly capable online survey tool that can accommodate a wide array of tasks, particularly through custom coding. Those who are comfortable in coding within its scripting system or in JavaScript may be able to tap into even more power than its extensive, easy-to-use out-of-the-box features provide.

Superpower Your Marketing Tools with Rewards

A tried and true tactic of savvy marketers is using marketing incentives such as swag, gifts, and rewards to cut through the noise and connect with customers. With digital rewards, you can reap the benefits of this tactic without any of the headaches. Virtual rewards are the perfect complement to your virtual marketing tools. They are a safe, contactless way to incentivize webinar attendance, referrals, offer a ‘thank you’ for a remote prospect meeting, and more. With digital rewards, you’ll get more engagement and deliver better results on your campaigns. And with our global delivery and tracking, reporting will be a breeze. You may be worried about the time and money required to include rewards in your marketing campaigns. Rest assured, you can cut 75% of administrative time and get 100% refunds on unclaimed rewards with Rybbon. Rybbon’s rewards integrate into the leading online marketing tools on the market, so you can leverage the power of digital rewards with ease.

Recipient rewards preferences are changing. With COVID-19 in full swing in the United States and across the globe, social distancing has become imperative. People are staying inside, getting necessities delivered, and limiting human contact. Thus, a gift card for a coffee shop or movie theater may not draw the same enthusiasm as before. While digital rewards are a powerful way to find and engage customers during social distancing, we have to give thought to what type of rewards work well during social distancing. In the midst of this crisis, people will appreciate digital rewards that can be used while they stay home

There is also a silver lining: generosity rises during hard times. Many recipients would love the opportunity to help now more than ever.  We all want to do our bit to support the organizations that are making a difference in defeating the coronavirus pandemic. There are organizations working day and night to help those impacted by this crisis. We believe many recipients would love the option to donate their reward to such organizations.

Luckily, you don’t have to spend valuable time hunting down rewards that fit these new preferences. Rybbon has done the hard work to find and add new digital rewards to help your rewards program adapt to the shifting social environment.  We have great rewards options from food delivery, to entertainment, to charitable donations. We are proud to now offer the following rewards that support social distancing efforts.

Food Delivery

With social distancing in mind, many of us have stopped going out to eat in public spaces. Some restaurants have even been forced to temporarily close their doors. But, people still have to eat! As such, many folks have been leaning on food delivery services during this time. To accommodate, many of these services have waived their delivery fee and are providing contactless options. You can even ask your delivery person to drop your meal off at your doorstep–no human contact needed. That’s why recipients are going to love these new food delivery rewards available in the Rybbon Gift Catalog.

Entertainment

Cabin fever is tough. Though social distancing is important, it can be boring. Many of your customers are twiddling their fingers at home, waiting for this crisis to end. The ones with school-aged children may be finding it difficult to focus on remote work with the kids at home. Gaming and media can help! Give the gift of entertainment for the whole family. Your recipients will appreciate your thoughtfulness in providing fun ways to stay occupied at home. Show that you care with these new entertainment rewards, available in the Rybbon Gift Catalog.

Charitable Donations

Last but certainly not least, we are thinking of those fighting against this pandemic. From working to stop the spread of COVID-19, to helping those impacted by its economic repercussions, organizations across the globe are doing what they can to support humankind. Many of us would love the opportunity to make a difference in this fight. With this in mind, Rybbon has added the following e-donation options to our Gift Catalog.

We’re Ready When You Are

We know the importance of adapting quickly. That’s why we moved fast to get these new rewards in our Gift Catalog for you. Now, you can adapt quickly using our automated rewards management system. Show your recipients you understand and support their efforts in social distancing. Set up a Rybbon account for free and send rewards with your first campaign in minutes.

Businesses are beginning to feel the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic. With COVID-19 cases booming across the globe, health safety has become a top priority. Many organizations are having to make tough decisions to practice social distancing and keep employees safe. Major conferences are being postponed. Employees across the globe are being sent home to work remotely. Many businesses are wary that this crisis could disrupt the momentum they have built for 2020. Here’s what you may not have considered: digital rewards combined with online tools and tactics can help your company adapt. Learn how to leverage digital rewards to boost alternatives to the business practices disrupted due to the pandemic.

Digital Rewards are Virtual, Safe, and Accessible

Instant Digital Gifts Amazon digital gift card, Starbucks egift card, International virtual Visa preppaid card

Any business that still uses physical gifts or plastic cards as rewards needs an immediate upgrade. Digital rewards beat out physical rewards in many ways, but they have two advantages that are especially valuable at this time: they can be delivered virtually and are completely contactless! Neither you nor your recipient have to touch a card. Instead, you can virtually deliver a gift card to any spot on the globe, in an instant, via email. And when your recipients want to make a purchase, they can use their e-gift without handing a card over to a cashier or touching a credit card machine. With current health safety concerns, it is key to prioritize consumer safety and sensitivity.

“If you don’t have to touch anything or hand over your card to someone there is a big degree of safety in that. The consumer sensitivity to catching coronavirus is now showing up at point of sale,” said Richard Crone, principal at Crone Consulting, LLC (Source: PaymentSource).

It’s important to move fast to adapt to the shifting economic landscape. Luckily, there’s hardly any administrative work required to set up digital rewards. Choose a digital rewards provider that integrates into your marketing or survey platform. With integrations into platforms like Marketo and Hubspot, incentives campaigns almost run themselves. Deliver webinar gifts, referral rewards, and more in a few easy clicks. Tracking your campaigns is simple, too. Manage all your digital rewards in a central incentives management system. This will automate the tracking of incentives and recipients in detail. This includes what was sent to whom and for what purpose. It is now easy for businesses to keep accurate records of their rewards and costs. Still worried that digital rewards aren’t personal enough? Tailor the gifting experience with custom reward delivery. A personalized e-gift can build human connections when in-person interactions aren’t possible.

Unsure which digital rewards to choose? We can help! Rybbon has added new rewards to support social distancing efforts. Recipient rewards preferences are changing as activities like going out to a restaurant or seeing a movie are on hold. People will appreciate safe, thoughtful rewards that can be used while they stay at home. From food delivery, to entertainment, to e-donations, we’ve got relevant rewards that your recipients will use and love. Showing sensitivity via your rewards catalog will make you stand out from your competitors.

Now that you know why digital rewards are a great fit for the current business environment, let’s talk specific strategies.

6 Digital Rewards Tactics to Keep Momentum

1. Say ‘Thank You’ After an Online Meeting

Fears of sharing germs preventing in-person meetings? Invite your prospects and customers to meet with you online using tools like Google Hangouts or Zoom. Then, say “thank you” for their time with a digital reward from Rybbon. Best thank you note ever!

2. Keep Relationships Warm

Having to miss a conference or customer event due to coronavirus concerns? Don’t lose out on the connections you would have seen. Keep relationships warm with e-gifts. They send a touching gesture – minus the touch. Your connections will appreciate that you were thinking of them! E-gifts can be an excellent conversation starter when angling for a sale or partnership.

3. Run an Online Marketing Campaign

Run a marketing campaign using digital rewards, such as a referral rewards program. This can be a powerful lead generation tool to make up for leads that you would have earned at a conference. Be creative! For example, if many of your customers are stuck at home, offer a Hulu Plus e-gift card as the referral reward to ‘keep them entertained’. They’ll appreciate the thought as well as the laugh.

4. Host a Webinar and Incentivize Attendance with Rewards

Do a webinar! With the cancellation of major events, virtual events have become all the rage. Incentivize attendance by offering a reward to attendees. Promote the reward in all emails and the registration page. Remind attendees about the ‘thank you’ gift at the beginning of the webinar and urge them to attend the full session to ensure attendance is captured. Send their reward soon after the webinar. Take advantage of your marketing automation tool’s integration with your webinar platform and rewards platform to do this easily. Finally, customize the reward email with follow-up content and a call-to-action. It will be your best performing email so use this opportunity to drive engagement.

5. Encourage Your Internal Stakeholders

Don’t forget about your internal stakeholders! You can set up an employee rewards program in no time using Rybbon’s rewards management platform. You can use this to do activities like host a virtual lunch-and-learn for your team while they work remotely. Those who attend your training will receive a $10 gift card towards the lunch option of their choice. Or, simply offer your employees a ‘thank you’ reward for their focus during this stressful time. Whatever route you choose, it is important that your employees feel supported. If you go the extra mile, your employees will, too. Your encouragement will motivate them to keep up the awesome work and not be swayed by disruptions.

6. Take your Market Research Online

Conduct surveys, product testing, focus groups, and more with online research tools. It can be as simple as a feedback survey via Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey, or as sophisticated as in-depth interviews using iTracks’ video interview tool. Digital rewards are a natural complement for these platforms. Rybbon’s rewards integrate with leading research tools to make incentivizing responses a breeze.

Your Reward? Staying Ahead

Successful businesses understand the importance of adapting quickly. Being proactive, not reactive, is key to preserving the momentum your team has worked so hard to build. Digital rewards complement a variety of online tactics that can help your business adapt to the current health climate. The best part: you can set them up in minutes from the comfort and safety of your desk. Your boss will be so impressed that you came up with all these awesome business ideas to offset coronavirus disruptions!

Here at Rybbon, we understand how important it is for your business to be agile. That’s why we built our automated rewards management system to be set up in no time. Set up a Rybbon account for free and send rewards with your first campaign in minutes.

Have you heard of Pandora? Better question – who hasn’t heard of Pandora? The music giant is a well-known trailblazer in the streaming space. Here’s what you may not know: Pandora is also blazing trails in the consumer insights space! Learn how our innovative customer, Pandora, improved survey respondent’s participation and engagement using Rybbon. They also save hours and dollars along the way.

Keeping Panel Members Engaged Can be Hard

Pandora’s research team manages an exclusive online research panel called the Soundboard, which includes over 75,000 Pandora listeners. This panel is used to collect feedback on topics related to Pandora and its advertising partners. With the Soundboard panel, Pandora provides proprietary data-driven insights that are relevant to its advertising clients, across categories and topics. But, this valuable stream of insights has not always been consistent. Over Soundboard’s five-year lifespan, Pandora tried different incentives to keep panelists engaged.

Melissa Paris, Pandora’s Senior Director of Sales Research, spoke to the challenges.

“We’ve used various incentives over time, to varying degrees of success,” shared Melissa. “We have struggled to keep panelists satisfied and incentives flowing without issues.”

The Soundboard has undergone costly transitions in its attempts to keep panelists engaged. Past incentives programs resulted in frustrations for both internal and external stakeholders. They brought reward eligibility issues, long administrative hours, and unreliable rewards processes.

Rybbon’s Qualtrics Integration Creates a Smooth Rewards Experience

Rybbon as a seamless integrated solution into Qualtrics proved to be the key to success. “For the past 6 months we’ve been working with Rybbon to manage and deliver our incentives,” said Melissa. “Our experience has been very smooth. Rybbon has removed a lot of internal friction for us and our panelists are more engaged than ever!”

With Rybbon, the Soundboard team does not sacrifice long administrative hours. Nor do they worry about undelivered rewards. Instead, they trust our automated instant reward delivery and tracking. Now, they can focus on what’s important: market research insights. The Soundboard team has seen improvements in data, insights, and even internal productivity. “We’ve had far fewer listener complaints about missing rewards than ever! This leads to more satisfied customers,” Melissa explained. “We’re able to spend less time managing incentives and troubleshooting errors.” The use of Rybbon has led to higher satisfaction for both Pandora’s users and their employees. Both their internal and external customers have seen the value of their new incentives program.

How Automated Rewards Make Everyone Happy

Rybbon’s incentives management process enables a continuous data stream for the Soundboard.

“Rybbon is a seamless way to reward and incentivize your consumers. It allows you to devote more time to focus on market research insights.”

With these insights, Pandora knows its users better and allows them to provide actionable insights to their advertising partners to better resonate with consumers. Results like these are why we stress the importance of the customer experience. When our customers hit their goals using our incentives, we have achieved ours.

Choosing the Right Market Research Software for Your Needs https://www.rybbon.net/blog/how-to-choose-market-research-software/ Tue, 28 Jan 2020 13:00:17 +0000 https://www.rybbon.net/?p=21734 The post Choosing the Right Market Research Software for Your Needs appeared first on Rybbon Digital Rewards.

You recognize the importance of market research software in helping you gather data for your research projects. But how do you choose the right market research software for your needs?

There are three primary questions you should ask to guide you in learning how to choose market research software that’s right for your brand. Let’s dive in.

What Will You Use It For?

Market research software can help with a variety of functions, including:

  • Surveys
  • Analyzing and gathering data
  • Purchase tracking and analytics
  • Customer feedback

Some tools have multiple functions built into one platform, so start by identifying how you would use the tool.

What Features Do You Need?

Beyond basic functions you require, consider what specific features will help you succeed. There may be things you’ve been doing manually that the right market research software could make easier.

These features include things like visualization tools, data reporting, and statistical analysis.

If you’ve been using multiple tools for different functions, it might make sense to find a tool that houses multiple tools under one roof, like a survey platform and online chat focus group or online diary platform.

If you focus on eCommerce, you might look for a platform with a market segmentation tool as well as the ability to test ads or assess marketing trends.

Take your time answering this question. It’s better to invest more in a market research platform that has functions you’ll grow into than one with limited functions you will quickly grow out of.

What’s Your Budget?

Not to worry if your budget is small; many market research software platforms are geared toward small businesses and smaller budgets.

Keep in mind what you’ll pay will depend on how robust you need the tool to be, as well as how many users need access to it. A simple survey platform could cost between $19 a month for basic features up to $350 a month for all the bells and whistles. A more complex tool may cost thousands a month.

If you need to get your budget approved by a manager, focus on how this investment will save you time and money, and how it can help your market research team do more.

Market Research Software Options

Overwhelmed with how to choose market research software? Don’t be. Here are a few examples of popular options to start your hunt.

Qualtrics

Qualtrics is often among the top choices when it comes to market research for corporate researchers and academic researchers. Its multifaceted tool offers features like competitive benchmarking, ad testing, and behavior analysis.

SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey helps you tap into whether your customers are satisfied through a variety of features including surveys, Net Promoter Score analysis, and more. You can understand customer needs throughout the buyer journey.

SurveyGizmo

SurveyGizmo specializes in helping you get product feedback so you can develop and improve products to meet customer demands. You can also use it to conduct 360 reviews with employees.

Voxco

Voxco’s flexible technology allows you to utilize a wide variety of survey mediums. Voxco’s integrated platform includes online, offline, mobile, and phone (Dialer and IVR optional) survey capabilities. You can collect survey data through any means while managing projects centrally.

Learning how to choose market research software ensures you carefully determine your needs and find the right software that you can use for years to come.
